Comfortable Spacious Living Room

1)TWO BEDROOM GARDEN COTTAGE

This is our original cottage and comprises a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with Queen size bed and a cute toddlers single bed ,and a second bedroom with 1 double and two single beds).

As well there is a double divan in the living room if  extra beds are required. Also a portable cot and high chair

Bathroom comprises shower over two person bath, toilet and basin. Also a seperate toilet as well..

Equipped with Television, DVD player,sweep fans , wood and also gas heater.

The kids will love to collect their own eggs for breakfast if the chooks are laying.

Tarrif (per night) $200 per double ,plus $40 per extra adult and $25 per child and $10 for the dog.

There is an aircoditioner and this can be used at a cost of $10 per day.

2) THREE BEDROOM FARM HOUSE  

It has a fully equipped kitchen with magnificent views ,large living dining room with large wood fire,large bathroom with disabled access, a second toilet, 3 bedrooms,one with k size bed, and two single beds , the next two singles and a q bed and a full cot and the third a q sized bed. It has a lovely front veranda which overlooks Chester the miniature horse and an enormous outdoor alfresco veranda glassed in at the back which has been great for the kids when the weather is wet.It has a fully fenced large yard around the house which is perfect for the dog to run.It has a very big coonara wood heater which warms the whole house,as well as sweep fans in every room for the summer.A split system airconditioner is available but  at an extra cost of $10  per day.

 The tarrif is the same as the garden cottage.(per night)$200 per double ,plus $40 for each extra adult and $25 for each child  and $10 for the dog. We hope you will come and enjoy all our hard work.

3)SELF CONTAINED CABIN

Also available for booking ,our brand new one room self contained cabin with q size bed and folding  bed.The cabin has its own seperate bathroom and kitchen and is completely private with views over farmland.The cabin has its own wood heater to keep you warm and cosy, and a big sweep fan for the summer.The tariff for the cabin is $120 per double plus $25 for a child or extra adult $40.
